T.W. is a supporting character from the film. He is a turtle (tortoise, actually, as he has legs) who relies on fortune cookies' notes. It is unknown what his initials stand for. He is voiced by the late Joe Ranft, who did the voice of Jacques the shrimp in Finding Nemo, while Brad Garrett, who also did the voices of Robert Barone in Everybody Loves Raymond, Auguste Gusteau in Ratatouille, Eeyore the donkey in Christopher Robin, and Bloat in Finding Nemo & Finding Dory, sang his part.
In future productions, he will be voiced by both Joe Ranft and Jerome Ranft, the voices of Jacques in the 2003 film Finding Nemo and the 2016 sequel Finding Dory, and Brad Garrett, the voice of Bloat, as his singing voice.
